no option "delete site" when clicking on "tools"

I want to delete my site, but there is no “delete site” options when I click on “tools”. It just describes a tool called “Press this”. What am I doing wrong?

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.

If you have the Press This, you are probably logged in as an Editor or lower –
as noted above – do you have a different account that you created the blog with?
