No option for changing name servers
-
I do not have the option to change my name servers.
the domain is my primary domain, registered through Wild Wild West/Bluehost and instead of being able to click on Name Servers and DNS (per the help guidance) the option I have is DNS settings. Under this, there are no name server boxes.
How do I change the name servers then? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

and I should also add that this started with the domain mapping being deleted, without any notice or recourse. I was able to pay some money and get the domain mapped back to my account, but now I need to change the name servers (see original post) to point to my website that is thankfully sitting safely on another host site.

Hi there, you’ve also posted into several other threads concerning the domain issue. I also posted in those threads that Staff are aware of this issue and are looking into it. Thanks for your patience.

Hi
Is there a timeline on when the issue will be resolved? This is significantly impacting my business. By significantly, I mean we are dead, nonfunctional, send everyone home, fold up shop. -

@theacquiredtaste. Not that I can see. Squeeky wheel either gets greased or incites mutiny… that is where I am at.

I think I’m having the same issue maybe…
Suddenly my homepage shows this :
Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. And I can not find where to edit my DNS and point to bluehost.
Not even sure how they were changed in the first place since I havent’ done anything on my end.
and of course there is no support! -
@fabricatedesign. Yep. Exact same issue. So basically, wordpress.com has hijacked your domain and they will give it back to you, whenever the feel like it, get around to it, or never, despite having paid for the domain, hosting fees and support fees. Nevermind all that.

You’ve already been helped in another thread so I’m closing this one. Anyone else whose expired domain has been removed, please start your own thread and add the “modlook” tag to it, and then be patient while waiting for us to reply.
Creating multiple threads or hijacking threads created by other users will only make it take longer for us to help you.
