No option to add a contact form?

  I would like to add a contact form to one of my pages. When I go in to ‘Edit’, there is no option anywhere to add a contact form like I see on help pages. I can add media, but there is no other option to add a poll, contact form, or anything else.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try editing the page using the classic editor. Go to My Sites > WP Admin > Pages > All Pages. Click on the page you wish to add the form to. You should see the Add Contact Form button.
