No option to add Custom Links menu item?

    I need to make some adjustments to my existing menu and would like to use the “Custom Links” option to add a new menu item.     I have added a Custom Links menu item in the past so I’m not sure why it’s not showing up as an option now. Have tried clearing my cache and using different browsers — same problem. Could it be my theme? I’m using Stow. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Resolved by going through the customizer. Still not sure why it’s not showing up as an option on the back-end though.

    Hi @vannessarhoades! Thank you for the screenshot, and we’re happy you found an alternate solution to get this working.

    I also checked the backend of your site and found why Custom Link is missing from the Appearance > Menus area.

    Go to Appearance > Menus and up in the top-right find and click on “Screen Options”.

    You should see many options with boxes to check. You should also find that the Custom Link option is not checked. Try checking that box to see if this doesn’t bring that option into this area of the admin for you.
