No Option to add New Plug-In

    Hello!! I am trying to add a new plug in to my wordpress blog builder. There is not an option or a drop down menu to add any plug ins or search for additional plug ins. Is this an issue on your end? Please let me know what needs to be done so I can download the Phoenix Media Rename Plug in!! Thank you!

    Hey there! Can you confirm which site you’re working with? The one you listed isn’t hosted here on our services currently, but I also see a free site; is that the one you’re working with?

    If you want to add plugins to the free site, you will want to upgrade it. Our service includes SSL hosting, direct WordPress support, spam protection, backups, maintenance, security, and other services and features that don’t come with the free WordPress software. And because we are a service, we’ll have your back in ways that the free software itself cannot. Extra code like plugins and outside themes can complicate the service we’re offering, so we require the Business Plan for plugin installation.

    Of course, you are always welcome to use your own free copy of WordPress with another host, and use community resources or hired contractors if you don’t have time to take care of security, spam filtering, backups, support, and maintenance yourself.

    And just as one other alternative: depending on what features you need, we may already have them built into our services at another plan level. Let us know what you have in mind for the site, and we can advise.
