No option to change interface language

    Hello,

    I want to change my interface language but I don’t have the opportunity to do that.
    I read everywhere you have to go to the user profiles, and change it over there,
    but there’s just no option for language changes.

    Under ‘personal options’ I’ve got only
    ‘Visual editor’
    ‘Admin colour scheme’
    ‘Keyboard shortcuts’

    Who can help me, explaining how to change the language?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
