no option to change name servers

Hello! I purchased I domain name through domain.com and I believe its linked to my wordpress account (not familiar with the lingo to describe this, sorry)
I am currently having an issue with my emails. As per domain.com, the name servers are pointing to wordpress so it’s not allowing my emails to go through domain. I updated the MX records as they suggested. I also read your instructions on adjusting names servers however, I don’t have that option within My Domains.
Any advice you can offer on correcting this would be great. Thank you.

Hi,
You should be able to edit your Primary domain’s DNS and add custom MX records.
There is an example of adding MX records further down the aforementioned page. Have a look and fire back any questions if you get stuck.

Hello and thank you for your response. Yesterday morning I updated according to the instructions and with the information given, but they are saying it isn’t working.
For now, I will try using the email forwarding service here to see if that helps. Is there a way to reset the MX records to their original setting?

Please disregard my last message. I tried the forwarding service which works fine, but as all replies are sent from my personal email address, I’d rather use the email hosting I have.
That being said, I did update the MX records according to what I was given, but they still aren’t pointing to domain.com servers. At this point, I’m not really sure what to do.
