No Option To Change Where New Post Is Published

  In the past, when creating a new post, there was always an option to create a time in the future you wanted the post to be published and where it was to be published. Now it seems I can only publish immediately and there is no option to pick and choose where I want it published like Facebook for example. Anyone have any idea why the change and what is wrong. Thanks in advance.
