Hi there, it looks like yebook.in is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom.
You’ll want to seek assistance for your standalone WP (org) install at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username account on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. Also, general support documents for ORG are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Best wishes.

Thank you very much justjennifer.
So is there any way to invite people to subscribe by email?

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it as it is not on our servers.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.Support for your site is provided at https://wordpress.ORG/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support. -

Domain Name YEBOOK.IN
Created On 15-Feb-2016 07:45:02 UTCand so the information @justjennifer gave you applies:
Our support docs do not apply to
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.Your question can, and probably already has been, answered over at https://wordpress.org/support, which is where you can get support for your blog at HOSTINGRAJA.IN
If you want to learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and your installation at HOSTINGRAJA.IN, please read this document:

Hi, Thanks for the reply. What I will have to do to host on wordpress.com ? I have a youtube channel with around 227K subscribers. I want to connect with my visitors by email. So insisting them to enter their email to receive website updates.
So what should I do to host on wordpress.com?
-
Hello
Do you have WordPress on your current site over at HOSTINGRAJA.IN? They offer WordPress https://cl.ly/160E0Q0Z2B1R and you could be set up there. You will have much more leeway with the ability to change your site, connect to e-mail, and a vast number of plugins you can add to your site to enhance it’s functionality, as described in the last document in my previous reply, repeated here for your convenience:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/It is my opinion that you would be unhappy with the restrictions you would encounter hosting your content here at WordPress.COM.
Again, that is just my opinion
best,
dave
