No option to Refund Anywhere. Already emailed support

I have already emailed support and they only replied with an automatic reply to cancel my plan when I want a refund. It hasn’t been the 7 days yet where the refund period is over.

The refunds were sent today, and depending on your credit card provider, can take up to ten days to appear on your statement.

I checked before replying the first time. :)
The refund has left our account, it is now up to your credit card provider to reflect it on your statement, and some providers take as much as 10 days to do that.
