No option to refund charge

Hello,
I recently was charged a renewal cost of £25 on an account I no longer use. However it is giving me no option to refund this money, I am logged in to the account that I set the website up with so I am unsure on what to do now.Please help.

Which upgrade is that. Most of the upgrades are refundable within 30 days.
You can issue a refund yourself by following the instructions in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-do-i-request-a-refund
Custom Domain upgrade can be refunded only within 48 hours.

The custom design upgrade.
I have tried to do that, as well as turning off auto-renew but I have no ‘settings’ button to choose.
The charge was issued on the 26/27th it says on my account so I should be able to request a refund.

Are you the admin of your blog? If so, you should be able to see Upgrades button.
There’s also Cancel and Refund button on this page: https://<yourblogname>.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Replace <yourblogname> with your blog name.

Hi there,
I just cancelled and refunded that Custom Design upgrade for you, so you’re all set! It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
