No option to transfer custom domain???

I am trying to either
1) connect (point?) my custom domain (guitarinstituteoflearning.com) to my new wix site
OR
2) transfer this custom domain to wix (I have upgraded my Wix so I CAN connect/transfer them)
BUT
I go through the instructions in the support sections, and my “My Domains” doesn’t even have the option to “Transfer”
…when I press “Edit” next to my custom domain, the only options on the left of the pop-up are “Email” and “Edit DNS”
…NO options of “Transfer Domain,” or “Name Servers,” or even “Domain Contacts” like in the tutorials!
I have had the custom domain through WP for several years, and renewed it on September 1, so it has been over 60 days since I registered it…
Why don’t I have these options???Should I just cancel my domain (no refund) and start over with Wix as a host? How long will it take to notice that my custom domain is available?

Might have something to do with guitarinstituteoflearning.com being registered with Godaddy – you need to change the name servers at the Registrar which is Godaddy – you probably have domain mapping here – that is not the same as domain registration

auxclass, how can you tell the domain is hosted by GoDaddy?
Sorry for my ignorance, I was given the responsibility of getting this all figured out, and the person in charge isn’t tech savvy, so I was told that guitarinstituteoflearning.com is hosted by WP.

Thank you auxclass! That’s awesome! The founder of GoFundMe was the one who set up this WP and the custom domain for his friend (now my supervisor). Now at least I know who to contact. Thanks again!
