No option to transfer domain registration off wordpress.com

    I’ve used the help docs to find out how to transfer management of the spiritofjoylc.com domain off of wordpress.com to my account with another host. But, the help docs reference options that do not exist:

    No cancel private registration option under My Upgrades

    No Domain Administration section under Domains in my dashboard, and no option for Transfer ownership to another registrar.

    What am I missing?

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the upgrade to transfer or work with an upgrade – is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade?
