No option to update account, possibly an older theme?

  I logged onto my WordPress page/account at domain name.https://enscounselling.wordpress.com/ and I watched the video:https://www.youtube.com/watchv=CEJLoXipdL0&list=PL6nDc7ACvovLwH8kNrcVh_-hyx6z94j54&index=2 to help start building website. I tried to follow the steps but none of the options to start building website are there. When I click a link to start building a website it offers me a new domain name.

  The video you mention doesn’t excist! The only correct info for the wordpress.com platform can be found at https://www.youtube.com/c/wordpressdotcom and https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/new-to-wordpress-com-resources-to-get-started/
