No option to uplaod theme…

  I bought a theme from Template Monster and have downloaded it and need to upload it to the site via appearance/themes menu but do not see an option to upload. Do I need a self hosted wordpress.org site to upload it?

  I’m afraid so. WordPress.COM hosted sites have access to well over 200 themes, but we aren’t able to upload themes other than those that appear here: http://theme.wordpress.com/
