no options to cancel the auto renew subscriptions

    I have a purchase for extensions Conditional Shipping and Payments back on April 6 2020, recently received an email indicating that this will be auto renew, however, i login to my account, and try to cancel the auto renew, but i dont see any SITES in my account, and my payment method is already removed.
    How can I disable this auto renew? I search your instructions, but I dont have any sites under my account, so I dont see any options to disable the auto renew, please help

    Hey there, can you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account and confirm whether that is the same address that received the renewal email? I am guessing you have another account; if so you can log out and log back in with that address to access the purchase settings.
