No Page attributes or order available in Coraline theme?

  I am trying to have our take-out page not have the blog entry form and I set home page to static and blog page to posts – all the other pages work but this one? Thoughts? http://uncletonyspizzapasta.wordpress.com/take-out-2/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you an Admin of the blog in question? If you are then you ought to be able to see > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/

  Could you rephrase please? What I think you’re asking has nothing to do with page attributes and order. Do you mean you don’t want the comment form on that page?
