No payment method to renew subscription

    When I go to Upgrades/Purchases for my domain, I see a message saying, “You don’t have a payment method to renew this subscription.” I do have a credit card as a payment method, but I don’t see a way to associate the payment method with the renewal of the domain. Auto-renew is ON, and the current subscription expires on May 11.

    I tried deleting and re-adding the credit card as a payment method, but it made no difference.

    How can I ensure that my credit card will be used when WordPress automatically renews my subscription?

    Never mind. I figured out that this domain is set up for auto-renewal under a different login.
