No Plug In Icon on my Dashboard

  I cannot locate the PLUG ICON in my back office (DASHBOARD) .

  There should be an ICON that looks like an electrical plug. BUT I do not have one.

  HOW DO I ADD THE PLUG IN ICON so I can add my plug ins?????
