  please help me, i have no option for plugins on my dashboard.

  Hi,

  Most of the popular plugins are included automatically within all the site hosted on WordPress.com. Other plugins can’t be added to WordPress.com regardless of the upgrade.

  If you want to get buttons on your site, then perhaps you may consider self-hosting WordPress.ORG.

  Hi,
  I have the same problem.
  I don´t have the plugin option on my dashboard.

  I have wordpress.com but now I have my own domain.

  Did you sort it out? Does anyone can help?

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:
