No plug-in option on sidebar?!

  Hi —

  I’m using the Grisaille theme. For some reason, I have no plugin functionality via the sidebar. It says Appearance/Users/Tools/Settings. But nowhere on any menu does it have any plugin options/functionality.

  Hello there,
  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we can’t install plugins. They are only for WordPress.org self-hosted installs.
  For clarity read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
