No plug-ins in dashboard

  I have everything set right for my godaddy account my hosting site blue host.com and wordpress but i dont have the plug-in option on my dashboard or install the theme i btought this is becoming a long drawn out process i want over

  Your domain is still pointing to WordPress.com.

  You’ll need to change the domain’s nameservers through your domain registrar to point to your new hosting provider. Then, you can use plugins with your WordPress installation there.
