no plug ins on my dashboard

  Can anyone help. I’m trying to add a google translate option to my website so the reader can click a flag and get a French translation. Tried lots of downloads but nothing works. I don’t appear to have a plug in on my dashboard menu bar.

  Hi there,

  you cannot use any other plugins than the ones provided by WordPress.com by default:

  However, there is a workaround, provided by long-time WP.com volunteer:
