No Plugin

  I have no plugin in my dashboard. I’m trying and ended like a stupid people. What the hell happen with my dashboard? All shows if below the ‘Appearance’ and upside of the ‘User’ there is ‘PLUGIN’ But, shit. Is that only for premium wordpress?

  I’m sorry but plugins cannot be uploaded here at wordpress.com for security reasons. No upgrade allows them.
