No Plugin in dashboard

  I purchased the Elemin theme, and am trying to add my own custom social media buttons that I purchased from a designer, but my dashboard doesn’t have Plugin. I’m looking to download the Social Media Icon through plugin to add my custom buttons. Help! Thank you!

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins. There is no upgrade we can purchase that changes that. If you must have plugins then you have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. Read the comparison here please > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
