no plugin listed in appearances!

  I would like to add plugins to my site http://earthspiritjourneys.wordpress.com/ and in trying to following instructions find that there is nothing on the list saying “plugins”.

  HELP PLEASE!

  It’s not possible to upload plugins here at WordPress.com — that’s a feature of self-hosted blogs running the free WordPress software that’s available at WordPress.org.
