  Please help me!

  I want to manage my plugins, but I don’t see the plugins menu below the appearance menu in wp-admin…. any idea?

  I’m using the Organization Theme and I can’t find the plugin menu button on the wp-admin navigation bar. I am looking for a post slider plugin. Help!
