No plugin on dashboard, how to install
-
Hello!
I am trying to order my blog posts and it looks like I need to add a plugin, however, I don’t have a plugin option on my dashboard or in my settings. I have my own domain but the free account so I’m not sure if I’m limited there.I’m new to WordPress so any help would be great! Thanks so much!

Hi! Due to security issues WordPress.com doesn’t allow plug-ins. Instead, WordPress.com has built in some of the most popular plug-ins into their widgets.
How are you looking to order your blog posts? They default to order by reverse chronological order (newest to oldest). If, however, you would like to order then chronologically (oldest to newest) you have a few options. This support doc details those options:

If there is a specific post that you always want visible, you can make it a Sticky Post. That means it will always show at the top of your posts. This support doc details how to make a post a sticky post:
