No Plugin on my dashboard (to install google analytics)

  Hi.
  I wanted to use google analytics for the blog but I can’t see a plugin section in any of the Dashboard sections.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install plugins at WordPress.com…
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  …nor Google Analytics.
