No plugin option on dashboard

  Hello!

  I don’t seem to have the Plugin tab on my dashboard for my wordpress blog. How can I activate it so I can start adding plugins?

  WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins. Chances are, the feature you are looking for is already there! You can search our support site via this link:
