No Plugin Side Tab

  I don’t have the Plugin tab at the side menu of my dashboard. I have the latest WordPress Software.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are in the wrong forum here. You have already received the answer for that. You really need to ask this in the forum for wordpress.org

  If this is the blog you are talking about, http://swoontune.com/ , then it is hosted here at wordpress.COM. We cannot use plugins here at wordpress.COM: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/ .
