no plugin tab?

  I have Settings and Users but no Plugin Tab? How do you get that to appear in your dashboard admin area?

  If you’re hosted by WordPress.com, you won’t see any Plugin tab. You got Widgets tab under Design, instead.

  Dashboard > Design > Widgets
