Sorry, plugins are not allowed on blogs at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

There are two ways to move blog content to a wordpress.org install. The first is a do it yourself method. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
See also > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/11/06/setting-up-a-self-hosted-wordpress-org-install/The second method is to purchase a guided transfer . http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/03/11/guided-transfers/
Premium themes can only be wused here on wordpress.COm. They cannot be transferred. Free hosted themes are likewise coded to run on wordpress.COM but there are versions on the same themes coded to run on wordpress.ORG software. All CSS editing at wordpress.COM is theme specific and not transferable.

WordPress.ORG does not host blogs. What you would have to do is to buy a domain name, hire a web hosting company such as godaddy, blue host, etc., install the wordpress software on that host, and then transfer your content from here to that new self-hosted install. Figure an overall average cost, all things considered, of about $10 to $25 per month.

Any theme CSS customizations or anything like that that you might have done to your blog here would have to be recreated on the new self-hosted installation.
This also comes with more responsibilities. You would be responsible for all installations, all upgrades, all backups and all troubleshooting. If something goes wrong, you have to figure it out and fix it. Backups are very important, and you need to make sure you not only backup all the files and folders, but also the database for the wordpress install, and do backups regularly.
WordPress.COM now has a guided transfer service where for $99 they will move everything over for you and set everything up. That is a good price actually.

You can place videos and audio in your blog here. There are many supported video services. For audio, you can host the audio files on file sharing sites and then use the audio player here.
Look in the “related” section to the right at this link for supported video types: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
For audio see this link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/
