No plugins for WordPress.com

It is absolutely absurd not to have access to plugins in WordPress.com. As usual WordPress like others pretend their are giving users free space to blog, but remove the basic essentials, so you have to pay. I am highly annoyed by this approach. Inform users before they sign into WordPress.com that it is limited instead of misleading potential users who have their site practically set up and guess what no access to essentials and no plugin section. If I knew this pre starting I would not have used WordPress very annoyed

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is this a question for the technical support forum or for the emotional support forum?

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
