  Why every time I search for a plug in on my wordpress it gives me this?

  Are you speaking of http://mindfulmeggy.com/? That is a self-hosted WordPress site. To install plugins you should log into the WP-Admin dashboard and go to Plugins ->Add New.

  If you can’t find any plugins by searching there, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider or post in the self-hosted forums for help.
