No Plugins, No options are showing, some options are missing…..

    Hello!!!
    Hope ya doing well… Actually, I’m suffering from a lot of problems here, I can’t get plugins, , when i click to plugin option but all plugins are uninstalled i have to upgrade the plan to the business plan so its a little bit hard for me , which i don’t want, Another problem is that there is no other options are showing in settings, like my account, and no options are shown in user as well, so please help me about that, I want to grow my site i have great audience but can’t grow my site please solve my issue about options….

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    For sites hosted here at WordPress.com, a Business plan is required in order to install plugins. This is a restriction we have with our WordPress managed hosting. Other hosting providers that you can install the WordPress software may not have the same restrictions. You can see the differences between hosting with us and other providers here:

    Regarding your “no other options” issue, please provide more details into what you expect to see and what you actually see. Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
