No plugins option in dashboard

My blog appears to be hosted on ServerBeach.com and is managed through WordPress. I don’t appear to have a Plugin option on my dashboard and am trying to add PowerPress to for use with my podcast hosted on blubrry. I read something about changing the server names, but that didn’t seem to work. What should I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://gloryinus.com/ – is hosted on WordPress.COM and as such will not have the plugin option – they are not allowed here for security and reliability reasons
If you really want to host at ServerBeach then yes you need to set up a site, install the WordPress.ORG software, move the content to the new site then change the name servers,

I paid for a domain name through wordpress which appears to use server beach to host this? Guess i don’t quite understand how it works. Really all i want to do is get PowerPress working on my site.

It appears that is probably true now. Does renaming the name servers change that? If so, do you know how to find the name servers for ServerBeach? Maybe I am confused with what it means to purchase a domain through wordpress.

What I can say is that your blog is hosted on WordPress.com —>then, you can not use plugins.
The domain is simply that: a domain
