no plugins option to the free gateway theme dashboard

  Hi,
  does anyone knows why i don’t see the plugins option in my dashboard? I use the free gateway theme and my blog is .com, if any of those has anything to do with my problem

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  P.S.: if you use Gateway or other theme is the same.
