  i am unable to see plugins on my dashboard…
  how can i install various plugins for my wordpress blog??????

  The site at ajsepucho.wordpress.com is hosted here on WordPressdotcom and already has many plugins integrated in the platform. You can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Other than those plugins already integrated, we do not have the ability to upload 3rd party plugins on WordPressdotcom sites. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/#uploading-plugins

  You can’t here on WordPressdotcom. If you want to use 3rd party plugins, you need to move to self-hosting your own standalone WP install.
