No plugins tab,theme not showing up

    Hi everyone. I can’t seem to find the plug ins tab. Everyone said it should be right along with appearance etc but really,it’s not there.

    Also I tried to upload a wordpress theme and it’s not uploaded. Yes,I did put my files in the right place but no it’s not showing up. I really need help. blah!!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This is the support forum for blogs hosted on wordpress.COM. You appear to be asking about a blog not hosted on wordpress.COM, since we cannot upload themes on wordpress.COM. If you are asking about a self-hosted wordpress.ORG installation, you need to ask in this forum: http://wordpress.org/support/
