No posts under 'Blog' page

  Under my ‘Blog’ page my posts aren’t appearing. I thought they were before but now when I go on the page it is completely blank. I looked up the solution which says to go to ‘Settings>>Reading’ – but there is no ‘Reading’ section under my settings page. I want all my previously published blogs to appear under the Blog section – how do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
