No Premium Features Apparent after purchase.

  On Oct 13 2014 I paid my AU$99 to upgrade to Premium.

  . I am unable to create a free domain (I created one but had to pay for it so received a refund).
  . My data space remains at 3GB instead of 13GB
  . I can’t access additional fonts.

  Although my blog shows that I have paid for the upgrade, I can’t find any of features.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sounds like the blog you are currently referring and the blog your purchased the Premium bundle for, are different. Upgrades are per blog per year. Please double check.

  It has two sites:

  . a website at georgespence.wordpress.com

  Based on your comment, chaitanyamsv, I checked my two blogs above.

  You are correct. The additional Premium features appear on one of the two blogs. Unfortunately, it’s the wrong one so I’ll have to transfer all my website work over to the one that has the Premium features!

  You can actually just transfer the Premium plan, if you’d rather:
