No primary site / Remove Jetpack Connection

    Hi !

    I no longer pay for my domain name but am wondering if I still have a wordpress copy of the website?

    When I click on ‘My Site’ I receive this message:
    ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
    wp-admin’

    How can I remove the jetpack connection to the ‘.com’ domain ? I am unable to modify anything due to the previously stated error.

    Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi there,

    A default “wordpress.com” backup address is only provided if your site is hosted with us directly.

    The site brewzbeats.com is not one that we recognize on our system so it appears that it was a site hosted with another provider, but using the Jetpack plugin to connect to our cloud-hosted features.

    We do not have backups or historical data for sites hosted with other providers, but you may wish to contact your host directly and see if they have anything on their end. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
