No pro bundle activation possible

I already purchased a domain name registration and would like to upgrade to the pro bundle. When I want to choose this bundle for my domain, I see that the upgrade is unavailable for this domain. How can I switch to the Pro bundle?

Great question! Purchasing the bundle when you already have part of the bundle will extend the services you already have an additional year. So you’ll be charged, but you get your money’s expectation. In this case, you have about a year of mapping/registration already; once you complete the purchase, you’ll have 2 years of mapping/registration and one year of your other bundle products.

I double-checked your account, and I see that your domain items have indeed updated from expiry in 2013 to 2014. Looks like everything is in working order!
