No Publish Button

  In my other site I can make new posts and publish them. But this site only lets me “submit for preview” and there is no publish option. (My account is an Admin)

  Is my site locked from changes?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It seems the account owning to that site is https://wordpress.com/forums/users/dademurphy3/ and not current account https://wordpress.com/forums/users/omniphilg/ you are logged in to.

  So log out from current omniphilg and log in again as dademurphy3
