  Buenas tardes, mi nombre es Aixa. Hace un tiempo no puedo acceder en a mi pagina web de ninguna de formas ni para verla como cliente, ni como usuario. Me dijeron que se me renovaría solo pero no ha sido ha así. ¿Que puedo hacer?

  Hi there,

  Is this for your domain, aixaacenya.com?

  That domain expired on 7 July and is now in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible to get the domain back for you, but there is a $80 fee to do that. If you agree to pay the fee, please let me know and I can start the recovery process.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve sent a payment link to you via email. I’ll receive a notification once you pay, and then I can contact our registrar to recover the domain. If the recovery fails your payment will be refunded in full.

  The manual payment link can only accept payment in US$, not in €, unfortunately. We have no way to pay for a domain recovery in another currency at present.

  Thank you for the payment. I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. It should be back by tomorrow if all goes well. I’ll let you know.

  Once the domain is back in your account you can set up automatic renewal from the Purchases page. Then the domain should renew on its own next year.

  Good news. Your domain has already been restored and is again showing your site.

  Automatic renewal is currently active, so it should renew on its own in July next year, provided your credit card doesn’t expire.
