No puedo actulaizar mis páginas, para vista del visitante

  Good afternoon:

  The page order cannot be reflected so that visitors see them in that order. The option that is failing is Dashboard/Appearance/Customize, after many attempts using the Support Assistant on the same site. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this by replying to the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you very much.
