  Cuando trato de subir un archivo de word aparece un mensaje. Dice: se produjo un error mientras se subía el archivo. He subido archivos word anteriormente sin problema ¿por qué ahora no puedo?

  Hi there,

  So, it is a .doc file? have you tried uploading the document using a different browser to see if that works? if you can try that and let me know if you receive the same error, I would be happy to look further into this for you.

  Hi, the problem is that the word is encrypted with password. I’ve uploaded files like this before but now it doesn’t allow me to do it. Is there anything I can do?
