no record of my payments since 2014? where did they go?

    Hello. I am trying to do my taxes and for some reason even though I have recepts for 2, $18 payments on 1/11/21, they are not showing up, nor is any payment since 2014 showing up on my WordPress account. Also, WordPress was paid an additional $18 on 1/8/21 for which I was never sent a receipt. I have an email that says there will be a payment taken, but never got a receipt. What happened to my account? where are the records that were there historically? Please contact me soon as i need the receipt from the 1/8/21 transaction that was posted 1/11/21; I have recepts there were from 1/11/21 and posted 1/12/21 only. I never received any messages that there was a problem with the account. Please advise promptly. Thank you. Terese Scollard

    You created the account tessmsc on Apr 12, 2019. It’s obvious those charges are connected to another account of yours.
    To restore access to your other account you can use the transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    Hi there,

    The tessmsc account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    The charges you mention are for the site, malnutritionalert.com, that belongs to the username, manageradrm, and if you log in as that username you’ll see all your past receipts.

    If you don’t have your login details for that account, please follow the account recovery steps that @staartmees linked to above so we can help you regain access.
