No refund

I cancelled the services within 24 hrs 3 weeks ago and have not been refunded my money at all.

I see under your account that we refunded the purchase back on 3/31. It would’ve reached your bank within 7-10 business days, so tomorrow is the last day of that time frame. Have you received the refund?
If you don’t see it reflected on your bank statement by tomorrow, let me know – and I will look into this for you.
